Lucie Bennett: Sold Out Prints Available
Lucie Bennett’s work presents potent images of women in various guises; as haunting sirens, alluring pin-ups and supernatural nymphets for which she has been billed as one of London’s hottest artists and has been featured on BBC2′s The Apprentice and The Culture Show.
Bennett has exhibited widely and has shown at New York’s prestigious Armory Fair. Her work is on permanent display in London’s Groucho Club, and she has been commissioned to create work for Selfridges and House of Fraser. Bennett’s Wink adorned a Porsche at Silverstone in 2005 and her work has been auctioned on behalf of Terrence Higgins Trust, British Red Cross and ME Support Group.
Opus Art recently acquired individual copies of the highly sought-after, sold out Lucie Bennett prints Pink Knickers, Red Felt Tip Girl and Green Felt Tip Girl. All are in an excellent condition – contact Opus for pricing information.

Oh i love Lucy Bennett works i really wish i could afford one! Just saw in the last Opus newsletter they have an original Lucy work called Snow White available, would love it but a bit scared to ask what an original would cost lol. Really love your blog have just stumbled across it but i’ll be checking it on a regular basis from now on :)
Hi Hannah, thanks for passing by. Lucie B rocks, but you’re right her work doesn’t come cheap. I’m guessing around the £400 to £500 mark. No harm in asking them though, it may even be a bargain if no one asks lol.
Rumour is that Lucie Bennett has a solo show coming up in May 2011
Can’t wait !! have been saving up to buy an original for nearly 3 years now
Ooh hopefully I can get some more info on that. Good luck with the buy!!

I have recently seen some of the preliminary drawings and paintings for some private commissions and for the solo show and they are extremely promising. I don’t know about her be work to date but it is as good as anythign she has done. Some of it looks much more on the lines of the early 2005 works.
